jj9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the event to which it relates has concluded; (b) the odds or payout calculation was clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; or (c) jj9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion or other irregular activity.

jj9999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jj9999 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure.
jj9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) jj9999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) jj9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; or (d) you have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj9999 is registered and licensed as an operator, as determined by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction.
jj9999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of its gaming operations, and users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law may not afford them specific remedies in respect of online gambling transactions.
